Are partial applications allowed for this solicitation?
Yes. The â€œpartialâ€� application refers to the fact that not all forms needed for a full application need to be submitted with the proposal. If a proposal is selected, then the applicant will need to complete the remaining forms to complete the application package. A partial grant application consists of the SF-424 (application for federal assistance) and the SF-424A (budget information). Both forms SF-424 and SF-424A need to be completely filled out and signed. These forms are available on the Grants Management Forms Web site. These should be submitted with the proposals.
