CDX registrations are associated with individuals. EPA’s CDX requires that anyone who wants to submit an electronic document first register. The registration process establishes the identities of both the registrant, who is the prospective submitter, and any entity that the registrant is authorized to represent, and must establish that the registrant is authorized to submit the document in question for the entity being represented. You cannot use the CDX account associated with the ex-employee to submit a new report.
The person who previously submitted reports for our establishment/company left the establishment/company. Are we still registered for online reporting using SSTS? Can we use their CDX account to submit a new report?
